Flat Fee Estate Plan Packages
We offer flat-rate, up front pricing on all of our estate plans. The following represents our standard estate planning “packages.” Of course, not every client’s situation fits these packages exactly. In those instances, we will work with potential clients to develop a plan that properly meets their needs. Such a plan may include documents not discussed below.
Custom / Complex Estate Planning Documents
We Work With All Levels of Income and Assets. Our attorneys have the experience necessary to create custom and complex estate planning documents and the knowledge of how to handle estates of all sizes. We realize that no one plan is right for everyone. At Barnett Law Firm, PA we work to ensure that families employ the right estate planning tools.

Probate and Estate Administration Services Fees
We can help you navigate estate administration as efficiently and effectively as possible so that the assets can be distributed to the beneficiaries and the family can move forward. The laws governing estates can be confusing and tricky.
Hourly-rate fees apply to Probate and estate administration Services. Our lawyers bill between $200 and $250 per hour. We handle a limited number of probate and Estate Administration services on a modified contingency fee basis.
Will, Trust, & Estate litigation
Ideally, the orderly transfer of a decedent’s assets, the care of certain individuals who have been legally entrusted to another, and the means in which certain assets are controlled and disposed of will always be executed in a legal and conflict-free manner. This, however, is not always the
case, and disputes may arise that require legal action and immediate intervention.
